In 1996, Michelle McNally founded design evolution group. With more than 30 years of experience, Michelle has spent time fine tuning her craft of interior design while growing her knowledge of business development and operations. She has combined these skills to create a successful and highly sought-after interior design firm.

Michelle strongly believes in the connection between our environment and our mindset – our well-being. With her unique approach, she collaborates with clients to design beautiful, custom spaces that are also functional and promote health and wellness. It is important that the design reflects the client’s goals for the space, and Michelle is passionate about turning her client’s ideas and dreams into reality.

Michelle works with a network of trusted professionals. When a project calls for it, she will bring in architects, engineers, suppliers and other specialists to ensure her client’s needs and expectations are met.

With a BA in Interior Design from the College of Mt. St. Joseph, Michelle has participated in IIDA, IFMA, Strategic Leadership Forum, and she is an active member of ASID.
